LPe provided Structural engineering services for modifications and additions to an existing restaurant with the ultimate goal of converting it into a new restaurant in Nashville’s famous Gulch area. Renovations consisted of a new second floor patio and deck over the existing roof with subsequent structural framing and support.
Fido, Nashville, TN
LPe provided Structural engineering services on the renovation and addition of the existing restaurant. Changes included a new front facade and openings.
Starbucks, Oxford and Univ. Drive, AL, Athens, GA, and several Tennessee locations including Cookeville, Memphis, Manchester, Oakridge, Hendersonville ,Knoxville, Sevierville, Chattanooga,Clarksville,Hermitage, Brentwood , Nashville.
LPe provided Structural engineering services on each of these 3,000 square foot wood framed structures with steel columns and pre-engineered trusses. The foundation is supported on shallow footings.
