Incorporated in 2001, LPe has the expertise to handle large and small projects alike. Our flagship project currently in the construction phase is the $635 million Music City Convention Center, the largest public project in the history of Nashville, TN. Smaller projects are accorded the same attention to detail as larger ones.

To keep up with cutting-edge technology, LPe Principal Structural Engineer and owner Rao Patri, PE, has developed new proprietary software programs to successfully resolve complex structural problems. Our engineers are well-versed with state-of-the-art software such as STAAD Pro and ADAPT. Our technical drafting personnel are highly skilled with software packages such as Revit and Autocad.

Agencies wishing to do business with LPe are able to leverage our small size and eliminate red tape by being able to immediately reach a primary stakeholder who is also the primary design engineer. Thus we are able to accurately comprehend requirements and deliver solutions with a short turnaround period.

Our staff currently consists of two Structural Engineers, two senior Draftsmen, one Accountant and one Business Manager. LPe collectively brings about 70 years of Structural Engineering experience and is licensed to provide Structural Engineering services in 11 states including Tennessee.
